El título hace referencia a la raíz de la ansiedad: el miedo al futuro o a la incertidumbre. Tejer con palillo y lana se convirtió en el medio de la artista para calmar su ansiedad cuando intentaba dejar de fumar. Utilizó esta técnica con la intención de aprender algo nuevo para desaprender un viejo hábito, método que también requería que mantuviera ambas manos ocupadas y su mente enfocada.

Las reglas que ella misma se puso eran las siguientes: siempre debía haber 20 puntos, igual que el número de cigarrillos en un paquete. The title refers to the root of anxiety—the fear of the future or uncertainty.Knitting with wool and needles became the artist’s means of calming her anxiety when she attempted to quit smoking. She used this technique with the intention of learning something new to unlearn an old habit, a method that also required her to keep both hands occupied and her mind focused.
